# Refund policy

## Failed generations

Credits for generations that fail, or that you cancel before they finish, are returned to your balance automatically.

## Completed headshots

Completed generations are charged even if you prefer another variation, because the model has already run. If a headshot is unusable because of a technical fault, contact us and we will look at it.

## Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact us from the email address on your account.

## Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used its credits, contact us within 7 days.
