# Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Headshot Generator AI, an online service that generates headshots from photos you upload, using AI image models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

## Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

## Photos you upload

Upload only photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you permission to use their photos for this purpose. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

Do not use the service to impersonate or deceive, to harass or embarrass anyone, to create sexual content, or to make images for passports, visas, ID cards or other official documents.

We may refuse, remove or report content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

## Your headshots

You keep the rights you have in your uploads. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the headshots you generate for personal and commercial purposes, such as profiles, résumés, websites and company materials.

Headshots are generated images, not photographs, and can differ from the person in small ways. You are responsible for reviewing each headshot before you use it and for using it honestly.

## Credits and payments

Generations are paid with credits. The credit price is shown before you generate. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.

## Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can close your account at any time.
